Booking to invoice, Nobody types anything twice.
Booking, consultation, prescription, pharmacy and the invoice — one visit, handled once, across every branch. Your patients get a portal of their own.

01What it replaces
One visit. Four systems. One of them is a paper register.
The booking never reaches the register, the register never reaches the pharmacy, and the bill is typed from memory — four places, and not one line drawn between them.
| Part of the visit | Where it lives today | What goes wrong | With CareDeck |
|---|---|---|---|
| The booking | A WhatsApp thread | Someone has to read every message and write it down again. | Becomes the appointment |
| The consultation | The register book | One copy, one branch, and unreadable by March. | Becomes the patient's record |
| The medicine | A stock spreadsheet | Correct until the day someone forgets to update it. | Becomes the pharmacy's queue |
| The bill | A separate billing tool | Knows the amount, not the patient or the medicine. | Bills itself from the visit |
One record per patient, written once, read by everyone allowed to see it.
02One day, one thread
The handoffs are the product.
Any of these steps is easy on its own. What costs a clinic its morning is the gap between them — so here is the same Tuesday when one system holds all seven.
9:04 AM
A patient books from her phone
She picks the branch, the doctor and a slot from your live availability, and confirms with an OTP. Nobody answered a phone call.
Patient portal9:04 AM
The slot closes everywhere at once
It disappears from the online calendar and the front desk's screen together, so it can't be given away twice.
Appointments10:28 AM
Reception checks her in
Her record is already there from her last visit — no re-registration, no second file under a slightly different spelling.
Patients & records10:35 AM
The doctor opens the whole history
Past visits, vitals, previous prescriptions and uploaded reports on one screen, while the patient is still in the room.
Consultations10:52 AM
The prescription reaches the pharmacy
Written once, it lands in the dispense queue and comes off the right batch when handed over. No paper walks down the corridor.
Prescriptions · Pharmacy11:05 AM
One invoice covers consult and medicines
The charges are already on it. Take a part payment if she asks, and the balance stays visible instead of living in someone's memory.
Billing11:06 AM
It all lands back in her portal
Prescription, invoice and any report are on her phone before she reaches the car park — so she never rings to ask for them.

03Capabilities
Built around how a clinic actually runs
Not a generic CRM with a medical skin on it. Every screen assumes branches, batches, roles and a waiting room.
A calendar, not a queue
Doctor-wise slots, held walk-in slots, video consults and online bookings on one day view — per branch, with the front desk and the patient portal never disagreeing.
Appointments booked per day · Sunday closed
One record per patient
Across branches and across years, in order, without a second file under a different spelling.
- Visit · 12 AugFollow-up
- Prescription · 12 Aug2 medicines
- Report · 04 JulBlood work
Stock you can trust
Batch and expiry tracked on every dispense, with a warning before a medicine runs out.
Money that reconciles
Consultation and pharmacy on one invoice, part payments tracked, nothing written on a pad.
Six branches, one dashboard
Each branch runs its own day. You still see the practice whole, without exporting anything.
04What's included
No module is sold as an add-on

05For your patients
Hand back half the front desk.
Every booking taken by phone is a receptionist not doing something else. The portal moves the repetitive half to the patient — with nothing to install.
- Books, reschedules and cancels against your real availability
- Keeps her own prescriptions, reports and invoices
- Carries your clinic's branding, on your own address

06Your data
Who can open what, and who opened it
You are trusting us with your patients' records, so these are the four things worth asking any vendor — ours included. The two screens below are where you check ours.
Isolated per clinic
Partitioned from every other clinic. No shared patient pool, no cross-tenant view.
Scoped per role
And per branch. A receptionist never opens a consultation note.
Logged, always
Edits to patients, prescriptions, invoices and access carry a name and a time.
Stored in India
AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). Nothing about your patients leaves the region.

Questions
Asked first, answered plainly
Can we run a hospital on it?
No — CareDeck runs outpatient work. There is no inpatient side: no admissions, beds or discharge summaries, no operation theatre scheduling, no lab or radiology ordering, and no insurance or TPA claims. A hospital can run its OPD wing on CareDeck, but it can't run the hospital. If you need those, we're not your system yet, and we'd rather say so here than three months in.
Can we move our existing patient data in?
Yes. Patients, doctors and past visits import from a spreadsheet during setup — it is self-serve on Starter and Growth, and we map the columns with you on Enterprise.
How does CareDeck handle multiple branches?
Each branch keeps its own schedule, staff, stock and invoices, while patient records stay shared — a patient treated at one branch is recognised at the next. Owners get consolidated reports across all of them.
Do our patients need to install an app?
No. The portal runs in the browser and patients sign in with a one-time password sent to their phone.
What if we already have a website?
Keep it. Use CareDeck purely as clinic software and link your existing site to the booking page.
Can we run it on one branch first?
That's the usual way. Start on Starter with a single branch and add branches when you're ready — the plan changes, the data doesn't move.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It stays yours and stays exportable. Billing is monthly, so you can export and stop at the end of any month.
